The Page Proofs for the second Drake & Crowley novel have arrived. It’s an exhilarating moment, when the many thousands of words that I’ve written start to look a little bit like a proper book.

I’ll send back any last-minute changes to my production editor and, editorially, we’ll have reached the end of the road with It Was Her.

The next thing to arrive, via my inbox, will be the cover - I’m promised it’s going to be here any day now. That’s going to be an moment, indeed, and I’ll make sure to share it with you guys as soon as possible.
